Have a look at the recent history with MGFO and the narrative about winding up MGF to its NAV. There’s already an open ended version of MGF and it’s a bigger fund. If the discount persists then it’s a nice bump for holders of the closed fund MGF. Saying that, I would suspect many will wait for the conversion and then move funds/take some money off the table.
