Thanks Collie for the heads up on the buyback. I wasn't aware of it.

I would expect an announcement to be made by the company to ASX about the transactions taking place in the buy back since 2 April 2024.

This buy back will have a very material effect on the market price of the shares. Only 440 mil on issue.

Buying back 10% in a company whose shares are more than 70% held by two permanent shareholders is equivalent to a 33% buyback.

This is not anything like the AMP buyback which shares may often go down in a day of heavy buy back. So many shares on issue it's like buying

a few grains of sand at a time in the Sahara desert.

The buy back broker and others will know what's going on with the buy back. Why should they have more knowledge than me about crucial market

conditions.

Does anyone know of any ASX reporting codes regarding reporting information on buy backs.
