According to the HZR?GSR merger video presentation GSR CEO Chris Hansen said this merger has been 6 months in the making.

During that 6 months and these few more months until Greenstone shareholders vote for the merger or otherwise one would expect that deals for toll mining etc ( as @katy points out toll mining agreements one after the other not 3-6 months apart, is needed) will be bedded down but subject to the merger happening.

In my opinion should the new board fail to deliver share price growth in the next few months the renumeration report will get the second strike at the AGM.
