….. personally if this issue did exist and a legal clarification was being sort, why would BUX continue to do exploratory work on 100% ground, if as you suggest they have to just give it to IGO via some legal rug pull. You wouldn’t spend another $ until this was settled, what would be the incentive to BUX. Yet they have continued to progress these projects, undertaking surveys, planning drilling all whilst still referring to this first right of refusal in these announcements. What you suggest just doesn’t make sense.
