That feasibility study was expected mid-year 2024 per a recent announcement. So not too far away at all in the scheme of things.

I wonder if Adamas Intelligence will update their research prior to then.. as IXR seem likely to use that for pricing.

I'm still yet to see many other good studies of this kind into expected RE pricing over the next few decades, if anyone has found any I would appreciate it if you shared it here. Certainly as long as the B2B side of the industry has an understanding of the supply and demand situation going forward, it won't be too hard for IXR to make it work. That's the gamble I'm investing on anyway.
