Dato Lim, our executive chair, has a cease to trade order against him in Malaysia. When will it be lifted if the infraction is as minor as they have said? There has been no official announcement on this.
There have been no payments since mid November.
Quantum Metals appears to be a micro cap in trouble. Again no official communication about the refinancing.
Their investor relations guys appears to know nothing.
There are only 3 directors on the board.
They have reneged on commitments to get a CEO on board made back in November.
There should be a separation between the Managment of Quantum and Besra.
