BRW left Australia because of a down turn in the building industry , now let’s say there was no HX and what existed was modular , 3D printing and stick builds and what ever else might come along in that time , the changing mindset of construction workers , not enough bricklayers which would cause builders to look at other alternative like they are right now , by builders taking on other forms of construction the brick manufacturers would start to run at a loss just as BRW did in Australia and that was through a down turn only , now imagine if brick manufacturers started to loose their clients because of shortage of trades and downtime , cost of labour materials and builders were choosing faster cheaper alternative like we are seeing at this very moment, it’s happening right now .
