    10 months since this announcement, is there update from JLL America on the status of the ‘letter of intent’ signed by Magnis - is the selected site still in contention for the Magnis AAM plant? I think the pilot plant was supposed to be operational by now to comply with the Tier 1 EV offtake agreement
