They probably don't need the the full $300m. I also think this situation will resolve itself in the next two months. If no money comes in during April I suspect there will be a coup and Besra will be forced to reinvent itself once again.
The uncertainties are going to weigh on the stock price until there is clarity on the financing for sure. The rest of the concerns and comments are just noise at this point in time.
