I Do hope that STX can reach a deal with Gina's WGO gas, in the form of a JV, where her 50% interest in WE is MERGED into Strike, in exchange for script in STX. Plus a seat on the board and a commitment to fund WE development somehow, rather than use Mac Bank's Capital.
That way Gina's will get to feed her % gas into Min Res, new to be built export plant and STX, in effect helping underwrite that plant with volume.
Both Chris and Gina's plan is to start changing over the fuel source running their mining operations from diesel to gas. Everyone can see that.
Thats why I continue to hold .. and believe that sometime after May, when WA Export changes are announced a deal can be reached.
I do hope that those discussion (amicable) are already happening. This was Strike keeps alive and can continue to seek out gas pockets in the other permits.
IF an amicable deal cannot be reached, then I believe Min Res will come with a script offer, soak up the early sellers, then Gina will come along with a .. cash offer, and min res will roll into it. Same play used for WGO. Why not, it worked well last time.
I'm holding onto my Shares ... and will wait for the TO, which will ultimately come !!!
