I think disappointing also.
My guess of 38500 oz , which was a worst case scenario , not even met.
As I previously suggested , 2024 production is likely to be 150-160 Koz, not 170 K oz.
There should have been no impediments this quarter, good weather, mine production well ahead of mill, mill throughput etc . Grade remains barely 1.0 g/ t
A year and 2 months after first pour , the operation should be past “ ramping up “ stage .
so the reality is likely another production downgrade announcement later this year .
which we really don’t need.
And the continuing opinion by the market that TIE just can’t hit its own guidance.
which will do nothing to lift the share price.And is fuel to our Chinese suitor.
The gold price being the only real positive.
TIE has no bigger supporter than me, but I can’t find much positive from this quarterly.
