With the Chair siding with another co founder against the CEO might well impugn a lack of faith in his undertakings, dealings or direction. It’s not a move they would consider unless they saw it as damning to the company itself. They sure as hell wouldn’t do it if things were humming along sweetly. I have retreated to the sidelines until this is clarified because either way, GC is a wounded man.
