Feasibility/Scoping will need to be updated prior, given the amount of focus and money currently being thrown around there's a good chance ENV would be eligible.

It's a major critical project that's on the Government listing.

So much for not being a company making project...there's obviously enough potential to push through a CR and remain on the listing. I think to secure the funding the boxes need to be ticked sooner rather than later.

If the business was just a lifestyle business/trying to burn capital they would have done a raise and thrown it at Brazil.
