It's a positive. Of course there are other issues with SYR and their financials. Getting paid up front in this case might signal they are keen to get some much needed cash in the door. I hope the USA implement their tariffs on China graphite, Not always a fan but China don't really have a great track record in international trade, along with OH & S and dodgy mining dealing at least in Africa (let alone domestically). Point being China can screw markets to suit themselves and maybe the majority of the west democratic nations would be happy to deal elsewhere based on ESG or human rights?? Anyway, I see the SP depressed until underwriter's get rid of their allocation.
