TVN failed to pay KRR $5M to complete acquisition of Speewah vanadium project had to renegotiate term of agreement that basically under writer KRR cant get any less 10 cent of TVN shares. TVN doesnt' have PFS and recently and has rasied capitial 3 times in years as cash burn rate is very per quarter. You really think Saudi are going to invest in SRN no regard ROI? If that was case they would of already signed agreements skipped doing due diligence.
