Some good and accurate posts above.This cr is so unnecessary at this time. Should have organised $ a long time ago. It doesn't appear that anyone in the ivory tower has any financial nous.
The epa process is clear time wise. Vrx should have also factored into the timelines, re the stuff ups and revised responses coz they don't answer the question right the first or second time.
A lot of cash was always needed to cover basic admin and huge salaries. That cash flow should have been forecast 12 months ago. It was pointed out by a few crazies but the up rampers said no way a cr will happen. More fool those that can't read a balance sheet.
All of this leads to no confidence and it will be interesting to see if this is underwritten or if it gets fully subscribed.
Either way, so badly managed.
