Trading looks woeful here.
If they are trading anywhere near the guidance they provided they should be trading at least double if not triple the current sp.
Software companies are on a tear at the moment, look at QOR today as another example.
my only thoughts on current trading is the regal loan, perhaps they are pushing to convert the loan into shares?
this is not a 90M MC company IMO.
