The telco connectivity is nothing special -- they're using a standard to do it and everyone else does it the same way:
https://www.google.com/search?q=siprec+call+recording
Their most valuable relationship in the UK was purchased with Speik, and if you were picking the bones over of a liquidated Dubber you'd probably spin Speik back off again as the only part with a decent profitable product.
I think the number and quality of relationships is rather oversold by Dubber too -- no matter how much they talk about the number of relationships and deals they have in place, they never talk about the number of paying customers that translates into, and that's reflected I think in the fact that their gross margins suck and they have never made a profit.
On top of that many of the telcos have multiple call recording solutions that they're resellers of (all using SIPREC) so for a lot of them losing one that returns pages of results about missing money and ASIC investigations when you google their name is probably a net benefit.
