Dubber's telco connections are not just technical, they also include commercialisation such as product bundling, billing etc.
Historical Dubber controversies & losses wouldn't mean anything if a company such as Microsoft or Google took over.
There is still a game to play for Dubber, if they are smart enough to play it well.
Nobody should have any confidence in Dubber's leadership, but AW might be able to extract some value here.
Personally, I think the CR is worth taking a modest position on.
