i am a long term holder with a decent amount.

however, I am also trading them. I am front of the queue at 23 and very near the front at 22. Also Bought today at 22.5.

bottom line, in its current situation where it will almost certainly take off shortly, there is sufficent uncertainty for people who dont know to make it worthwhile to trade the pips. There were big buys last week at 24 and someone who dumped at 22.5 today.

Just people taking advantage of new found fluidity ie reasonable volumes after we went through a period where that wasn't the case .

i am sitting patiently in the queue, no algorithms needed. I suspect you may be overthinking it..
