Comprehension difficulties, or are you losing reading ability? Check that problem, it seems serious.
Lithium has never and will never be mined. Ores are mined. Spodumene is only mineable in pegmatite. Pegmatites have been mined underground for centuries, very probably since Roman times.
So don’t worry for going underground. There are no dwarves nor orcs to be upset.
