Ann: $1.5M placement completed to advance Charley Creek project, page-73

Regarding the placement, I have had more time to read it, and I am even more confused on what this is actually accomplishing.


In August 2023 they raised 1.5m for the following:

As I have indicated, they have only really accomplished one of the items highlighted.

Now they are intending to raise another 1.5m to do the following:



Two big issues stand out to me:
1) Why the need for expansion drilling in CC and other tenements? The message has been there's sufficient drilling at cattle creek to define the orebody and complete the SS and updated resource estimate.

2) Almost 800k on corporate costs and overheads?? What? The majority of the raise does not even seem directly attributable to CC as the headline suggests. This is double what they raised in Aug. The directors don't take a salary so what is this funding?
