This plant has obviously had issue for a long time.... that kind of blowout both cost and timing wise doesn't simply materialise overnight.... anyone working there or any contractors associated with this project (not to mention all the Snr management) have known for many months of this situation unfolding...
FWIW - I was out at 1.78 and was filthy as it run up to 1.9...
