lets hope 4DS kill the JDA which puts an end to the risk of the company having to sell access to the IP for 20 years at a discount.
let someone come with plenty of cash and hunger to own it outright rather than having to own it and licence it back to WD.
if WD isn't contributing much given imec is doing all the work, the JDA is a liability not an asset.
