NO ! They do not have to sell it bit by bit. Some smart guy would just grab the whole company . It's hard to find good gold resources these days.
Western Gold (WGX) just today merges with Karora Gold paying this Canadian based company $1.13 Billions for their 2 gold assests in WA.
1. Beta Hunt Mine: Measured & Indicated Reserve = 1.6 M Ozs
2. Higgingsville Gold : 1.589 M Ozs.
No doubt, these mines are producing; still 1.13 Billions for 3.2 M Ozs!
Also SLR is keen to take over RED and RMS, GMD etc are looking for preys!
I will not sell my shares if BEZ is less than 100m MC.
