My opinion is that Gina and CE are more than likely hand in glove with anything lithium in WA. I do not disagree though I am pissed that since CE has been involved the SP has dropped, however there will be a reason why. Why would CE buy at .92/share and then let DLI languish at .29/share down to .275/share?
