It's a tough one. If you are a buyer in that size, you would expect a discount to the current trading price. At the same time, if you were a seller in that kind of size, you would expect to have to give up x% for a fill. I don't know what the share price does because I don't think it's indicative of the actual value of the stock for the above reasons. We are probably where we should be given the deal price and sure has felt like we have been steered here. Overall, I'm glad it's done with, but I fear some folks made some "easy' money on this deal. Almost as if it were kind of "guaranteed". All those shorts.
