Morning Pick. Correct me if I'm wrong, I understood it was suggested that phase 2 would take appx 4 years to come online. It's 2024. Can't see us starting until 2025. that takes us to 2029, plus 2 years of steady production and profits takes us to 2031 as a minimum. Pay off a few debts, say 2032 before we see any dividends at absolute best. That's 8 years min in my book if everything goes smoothly. Have phase 2 designs been completed, have the permits been obtained, has the contractor been engaged? 26/27 seems a bit stretched, happy to be corrected.
