Willie Bezuidenhout is a Chartered Accountant, familiar with PEN.. and the CFO position is only an interim one

PEN had a project called Karoo in South Africa many years ago.
This was at a time deep in the uranium bear market, when PEN (and most uranium companies) barely had money to survive. Hence ALL money and focus was getting Lance into production for much needed revenue, and no money was allocated to South Africa.

Not sure what you expected Willie Bezuidenhout to accomplish in a situation like that.
