How come the ASX is picking on PHO? Seems over the top to me - particularly the need to confirm the announcement was not just "promotional" in nature. There are heaps of other announcements by other companies that breach this rule, particularly on the eve of a capital raise. Best wishes to the PHO team for sorting out their permitting mess and the apparent expropriation by the Tunisian government. PHO showing great goodwill by applying for further concessions.
