This is only my speculation- it’s like a major holder is trying to suppress the share price under 3c so the options don’t get converted hence minimising dilution . I really hope an offer is made and forced to be announced in the next 5 weeks I now hold 2m which I’ll happily pay $60k to convert.
This is stupidly cheap, up coming deal will likely send this to high teens . 6 months time after yesterday’s announcement we could have multiple clinical trials underway.
Future potential market is in the tens of billions.
