Agreed and I am not surprised given the qualifications of the board - none have experience in medical devices.

Russo (Chairman) comes from Kmart.
Corlett comes from finance.
Gordon comes from furniture retail.
Flitcroft is a career company secretary.

Then you look at the co-CEOs. Blickstead has no experince in the medical devices. Borg on the other hand has had experience earlier in her career but she has been out of the industry for a while.

Is it any surprise that this board wasn't on top of the US reimbursement last year? Or that they weren't on top of the manufacturing this year?
