I live alone in a three-bedroom home. It has one kitchen and one laundry. I'd be prepared to share but it would be with someone that would be sharing MY bedroom (haven't found a young attractive lady that's interested). I still have two spare (for visitors only).
Probably there are plenty like me, own their own home and having more than one bed-room at their disposal. Like me, that is what they worked for or are working for. Like me they will not want to let it out, especially to an illegal or unwanted immigrant.
