The buy side has been built up nicely.
Might see some US investors looking to get in a bit cheaper than the planned IPO after being locked out of the last small raise. Probably the right call (or forced hand) from management not to complicate this raise before the IPO. But that also begs the question, was it actually needed? Why not just tap the Nebari facility?
Anyhow, at least we are trading again while we wait for the IPO announcement.
