capital structure

Ok , here is the result of my research , this corrects previous assumptions , and I believe is accurate (although I stand to be corrected).

Shares on Issue : 658m
Kora Placement : 120m (assumes 5c price raising $6m)
Elephant Placement : 500m (assumes 5c price raising $25m)
Convertible Note : 66m (at 4.5c raising $3m)

Therefore total shares on issued based on the above would be:

1,440,000,000

And cash raised would be circa $34m

I have exculded the 35m odd oppies as most are well out of the money.

Big question for all of us is 'what is the majority of the raising to be used for?? As I have said many times , I dont mind sever dilution for the 'right deal'.
