FYI, a brief history:
Samuel Terry (ST) became a substantial shareholder of another oiler, Horizon Oil (HZN), in June 2021. See Post #: 53595320
ST holds ~19.9% of HZN at an average buy in price of 8.6c. HZN closed today at 18.5c.
ST has a nominee on the HZN BoD. See Post #: 54196628
Since ST bought in, HZN has made regular distributions of ~ 3c pa. ST would be close to being free carried on its HZN shares.
