If there is no discount with this raise as has been suggested, Wayne and the board have been very strategic and smart with their long term capital management.
They have progressively reduced the discount offered with each new capital raise to now offering no discount. This has to reflect in a stronger market share price knowing future raises can’t be obtained at a discount and potentially the next one could be at a premium. That would wake a few people up.
