These countries wouldn't have attacked Israel if the Palestinians were incorporated into the Mandatory Palestine and treated differently in years prior to 1948. As far as I know Jordan didn't really attack Israel, they tried to appear as if they did but they didn't.

From 1882, I think, inclusion of the Palestinians was not in the plans of Zionists. Israel has always supposed to be a country exclusively for the Jews. Even today in 2024 a non-Jew would not be allowed to immigrate to Israel and settle there.
