Why? Because he stated HER-Vaxx has "little to no meaningful efficacy across its range of products" and yet didn't sell at 60c or even 30c when he made it clear to everyone his investment was based on HER-Vaxx, I don't think he is a clueless investor as he know what he is talking about but was just being very naughty making that statement.
