Ann: Detailed Design for Road approved, page-3

This announcement doesn’t really make sense to me.

so we have approval for road design but the road won’t support heavy trucks carrying mined minerals ( I assume that means coal as well)……

so we have approval for a road we can’t use? I assume I am reading this wrong but really they should make announcement more clear.

next it seems Mongolia gov is building large parts of the road already and we might need to only build sections? Which is great and saves us $$$$ - did I read that right?


now lastly why is there another approval for late April? I assume that is the last one?
