who judges the judges?

Judges have a good safe career, all thou tough decisions.


When we elect 12 juryman and women who decide that the person is guilty,why not they choose the sentence instead of Judge?


When judged by their peers, let them be sentenced by their peers. Surely that would be a better out come for all.

The Judge is there only to act as referee , to give guidance and answer questions from jurers.
