He obviously knows what price if any others are willing to pay for CTP assets and they are not what the company will engage in.
Imo, knowing what others will pay, he is averaging down so if or when an offer is made his loss or gains are minimal.
Remember, he thought he was going to make a quick buck in 2017, as one punter said he got stuck when s/h would not except the offer from MAC.
