    Based on latest Chinese spot prices. If PSC and LPD did form a JV for concentrator plant in Namibia they would be receiving around $US 600/t CIF from Chinese convertors. That would net about $9mil per shipment after royalties, opex, freight, etc. of 30kt load. Extrapolating, 3 -4% lepidolite concentrate is fetching around 35% premium to spod.
