so its been said - we wait for 20nm - that is the working commercial node for this stuff
RTO temperature 'annealing' process will need extensive temperature modification for success in pcmo at 20 and that will alter the functionality of the cell out the other end - 'tweaks' will be required no question = further iterations yet to come - yet very glad Ting is in the room
