It doesn't need to be reworded. The comment is that Advent is investigating "availability", nowhere does it mention Advent entering into a contract. The company would consider it so obvious that it doesn't need to be stated that tenure of title is a pre-condition to engaging a rig.
Didn't I make this point in November when posters insisted the rig departing NZ was coming to drill PEP11?
