News is starting to leak out that the shovel was broken yesterday in a tragic accident. Fortunately no employee was anywhere near the shovel at the time. The damage was caused when a branch fell from a tree that the shovel was leaning against.

Management are in the processs of implementing the emergency plan that had been prepared. It is believed they will soon be issueing more employee shares and options to counter the effects that the lack of a shovel will have on the company.
