Not sure it’s failed just yet PNX mentioned in a stock head article talks were ongoing and KIN seemed to disregard WA opportunities but didn’t address PNX in their recent update. PNX have brought in legal and financial consultants to advise on it. With a decent holding of gold, silver, zinc and uranium all doing well at the moment perhaps a merger will be mutually beneficial.
