Also, The ex Liberal NSW government only focussed on casinos and gambling in general running up to the last election. Statistically they were unlikely to win, so why did they only attack gambling at this time, and not during the prior 12 years?
It was to put pressure on labor (expected to win government) by removing revenue, or pressure to act on gambling (which they never would due to taxes).
