Should we want to mobilise against the merger 25% plus a bit against the schemes at meeting is needed. Based on our success in voting against the renumeration report and the 10 % replacement capacity the votes required for the schemes to pass would need to be in the vicinity of 317,500,000. In other words the FOR merger camp would need to get a further 100,000,000 votes for heavily disgruntled shareholders. These are the results of the last AGM.
