Maybe people see opportunity to exit on a rising price as we all have different financial priorities and it could be as simple as that .
Some of us want to hold others want out as it hasn't met their investment focus , if we are on a run we will see this at all levels as people are able to exit if they wish. The higher we travel the larger the volumes will be from those who entered on the highs and wish to exit so they can unlock some or all of their funds that have been locked away for a while.
Only my thoughts we are heading NTH with the margins and it will be exciting where higher grades will take us in this climate.
